The 100 acre Master plan included luxury condominiums, high rise apartments, lake facing villas, a business hotel, an office tower, two large clubs and social facilities. Parking for residents and tenants was provided on two podium levels. Numerous nature walks and landscaped gardens are part of a rain water harvesting plan.
