Goel Ganga Software Park, 2020, Pune.
 
The 43-acre phased master plan dissected by a municipal road, consists of seven office towers, a hotel tower, serviced apartments and two large rural style retail destination. The highly contoured campus is connected on both sides of the land parcel by a meandering boulevard for pedestrian and vehicular circulation. A seasonal stream sharing the site periphery is purposefully retained and demonstrates the sustainable approach of this design.

Hines is the development manager of this world class campus.

We collaborated with Morphogenesis to present their successful bid consisting of two design options using a series of still images, animations and a cloud-based immersive presentation viewable on mobile devices or PC's.
